Approximating Political Truth

This blog is entitled "Approximating Political Truth" in recognition of the difficulty of intelligent political discourse. In the age of "spin," accruing the information with which we can even debate a set of issues is a monumental task. It is only the first, however, in a two-step process. The second step is argument, discussion, and persuasion. The goal of this blog is to inform- or convince- only with what is factually true and discussion and argument that flows from it.
